Cape Town Marathon
We have been able to purchase an extra allocation of entries for the 2027 Cape Town Marathon as it is now part of the Abbott World majors. Details are in the link below. Race weekend is 22 & 23 May 2027 and Helena and I will be es**rting the trip. We have a great group shaping up for 2027 and I can't wait to return to Cape Town for marathon weekend which also includes a wide range of trail races and 5k & 10k Peace Runs.

Legs for Literacy Courir pour Lire is hosting / volunteering at this weeks Mill Creek Park Run in Riverview. Its a friendly, fun, no pressure 5k run/walk in the beautiful Mill Creek Park on a traffic free course.. All you need is a bar code to take part and then you are good to go for all the other Park Runs across the world. Hope to see you on Saturday for a 9.00am start, might have a few Legs T-shirts to give away. Race brief at 8.45am for a 9.00am start time.

This weekend we are holding our Off-Road Triathlon in Centennial Park. Just wanted to give a shout out to everyone who is supporting our race by competing, volunteering or sponsoring. Thanks to Mikes Bike Shop for their generous prizes we collected last night. looking forward to seeing everyone bright and early on Sunday morning.

Great fun last evening with a dozen or so athletes who came out to training evening for the Gravel Triathlon. Our thanks to Southeast Storm Tri Club for the coaching session, lots of great info & tips shared plus fantastic Pizza from Pomodori Pizza. Really looking forward to race weekend and thanks to everyone for coming out for a run and bike.

We are less than 2 weeks to our 2nd Centennial Park Gravel Triathlon. The link for all the race info is below. The race is designed to be a fun introduction into a gravel style triathlon and entirely traffic free. Swim in an open air 50m pool, ride on gravel trails all around Centennial Park and run 4 laps around the paved route around the lake. Its designed to be a fun, no stress race. Hope to see you on Aug 2.

The ballot for Cape Town marathon has been released and we are now selling our marathon tour for 2027. We have a running club booking with us so spots could become very limited. We received confirmation this morning that we are an International Travel Operator for the 2027 Sanlam Cape Town Marathon and we will be es**rting our group there in May 2027. We are working away in the background to prep for our 2nd Gravel Triathlon in Centennial park in Moncton. So far we have Hammer Nutrition providing us with Gels for every athlete, coupons for Pomodori Pizza and Massage from Clinique Natturra. More to come in our fun, no stress gravel tri in an outdoor 50m pool, all off road and traffic free. Race Day is Sunday 02 August and registration is open.
