Introducing another graduate of TLO’s teacher training: Ben Urbasik!!! Drawing from his background in strength training and years of study in yoga, meditation, and breathwork, Ben’s classes blend movement, breath, and conscious awareness to help students build resilience, cultivate presence, and find balance both on and off the mat. Firefighter, lifelong fisherman, Steelers fan, student, and now phenomenal yoga teacher—we are so lucky to have him! Ben will be subbing many classes throughout the summer, so keep an eye out for his name on the schedule.
