Mother’s Day feels like the perfect time to introduce the incredible mama leading our Mama & Mini Power Hour Sessions 🤍 Meet Adrienne — personal trainer, holistic nutritionist, and mom of two little ones — Wren and Wells.

In addition to being passionate about women’s health, she’s right in the thick of motherhood — navigating the changes, the challenges, and the strength it takes every day. Her goal is to create a space where moms feel supported, empowered, and strong in their bodies again without pressure or judgment.

Outside of coaching, she loves reading, writing, and getting outside with her kids, husband, and their dog.

Not the prettiest stage of the process 😅…but little by little, Lume is coming to life.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been working through permits, construction, equipment orders, and all the details that go into building the space the right way — and we’re getting closer every week.

We know everyone is excited (trust us, we are too 🧡), and while the opening timeline has shifted slightly, we’re so grateful for the support and patience so far.

Join us for a free Lume pop-up class this Saturday, May 2nd at 9am.
This is your chance to experience Lume before we officially open — no sign-up required, just show up.
Arrive 5–10 minutes early to get set up. The workout will begin right at 9am.
Expect a 40–45 minute full-body workout including a warm-up, interval-based training (low impact + HIIT), and a cool down — all set to great music.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and sneakers.
