C’est avec beaucoup d’enthousiasme que nous accueillons François Bougie, nouvel entraîneur-chef de l’équipe féminine de flag football des Remparts.

Véritable référence dans le milieu, François cumule plus de 20 ans d’implication dans le développement du flag football et du football au Québec.

Côté terrain, François, c’est :
🏈 Co-fondateur de la ligue universitaire de flag football en 2021
🇨🇦 Ancien entraîneur-chef de l’équipe nationale féminine pendant plusieurs années
🔵 Coordonnateur offensif des Carabins de l’Université de Montréal durant les six dernières saisons
🏆 Champion du RSEQ à cinq reprises en six ans avec les Carabins

🔥 Reconnu pour son leadership, son expertise et sa passion du développement des athlètes, François apporte une expérience exceptionnelle à ce tout nouveau programme des Remparts.

We are very excited to welcome François Bougie, the new head coach of the Remparts women’s flag football team.

A true reference in the field, François brings over 20 years of involvement in the development of flag football and football in Quebec.

On the field, François is:
🏈 Co-founder of the university flag football league in 2021
🇨🇦 Former head coach of the women’s national team for several years
🔵 Offensive coordinator for the Université de Montréal Carabins over the past six seasons
🏆 Five-time RSEQ champion in six years with the Carabins

🔥 Known for his leadership, expertise, and passion for athlete development, François brings exceptional experience to this brand-new Remparts program.

We are confident that his arrival will greatly contribute to the growth of flag football at RMC Saint-Jean.

🏆 OR ET ARGENT POUR ÉLOF VIEIRA
La fin de semaine dernière, l’élof Vieira a pris part à une compétition de jiu-jitsu à Ottawa dans les catégories gi et no gi chez les 195 lb.

Grâce à d’excellentes performances, il est monté à deux reprises sur le podium :

🥇 Médaille d’or en gi
🥈 Médaille d’argent en no gi

👏 Félicitations à l’élof Vieira pour cette belle performance et pour avoir représenté fièrement les Remparts du CMR Saint-Jean!

Last weekend, OCdt Vieira competed in a jiu-jitsu tournament in Ottawa in both the gi and no-gi divisions of the 195 lb weight class.

Thanks to outstanding performances, he reached the podium twice:

🥈 Silver medal in no-gi

Depuis environ 5 ans, Benoit Legaré accompagne l’équipe d’habiletés militaires du Collège militaire royal de Saint-Jean dans la préparation physique de la prestigieuse compétition Sandhurst, présentée chaque année à United States Military Academy.

Les 1er et 2 mai derniers, l’équipe composée de 12 aspirant(e)s de marine et élèves-officier(ère)s a relevé ce défi international aux côtés de 48 équipes provenant d’académies militaires de partout dans le monde, terminant au 9e rang du classement

💪 Dans cette vidéo, Benoit nous partage l’ambiance unique de cette compétition où leadership, cohésion et dépassement de soi prennent tout leur sens.

For the past approximately five years, Benoit Legaré has been supporting the military skills team from the Royal Military College Saint-Jean in the physical preparation for the prestigious Sandhurst Competition, held each year at the United States Military Academy.

On May 1 and 2, the team, made up of 12 naval cadets and officer cadets, took on this international challenge alongside 48 teams from military academies around the world, finishing 9th overall 💪

In this video, Benoit gives us a glimpse into the unique atmosphere of this competition, where leadership, teamwork, and pushing beyond limits truly come to life.
