VISION

To see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes. MISSION

To lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church. VALUES

Our relationships will demonstrate steadfast commitment to Jesus Christ and His Word through Integrity, Serving, Teamwork and Excellence. INTEGRITY - We will demonstrate Christ-like wholene

ss, privately and publicly. (Proverbs 11:3)

SERVING - We will model Jesus’ example of serving. (John 13:1-17)

TEAMWORK - We will express our unity in Christ in all our relationships. (Philippians 2:1-4)

EXCELLENCE - We will honor and glorify God in all we do. (Colossians 3:23-24)

STRATEGY

To and Through the Coach We pursue our vision and mission through the strategy of to and through the coach. We seek ministry first to coaches hearts, marriages and families. Then, when ready, we minister through coaches to their fellow coaches, teams and athlete leaders. Billy Graham said, “A coach will impact more people in one year than the average person will in an entire lifetime.” With the influence of a coach, FCA recognizes the most strategic way to reach more athletes is to first reach the coach. METHODS

As FCA matures, we seek to make disciples through our methods of engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to know and grow in Christ and lead others to do the same. ENGAGE - (1 Thessalonians 2:8) We engage relationally by connecting with individuals and through events in many different environments by building genuine trust, sharing our lives and sharing the gospel. We strive to connect with coaches and athletes where they are on their spiritual journey. EQUIP - (Ephesians 4:12) After cultivating relationships and once coaches and athletes come to faith in Christ, we want to equip them with Christ-centered training, events, resources and on-going support in what it means to be a follower of Christ, growing in God’s Word and applying it to life. EMPOWER - (2 Timothy 2:2) Once equipped, we empower faithful leaders who desire to use their time, talents and treasures to help other coaches and athletes experience the gospel, grow in their faith and share Him with others. We desire to develop disciples who make disciples, assisting them so that they can in turn engage, equip and empower others to know and grow in Christ and lead others to do the same.

Isaiah 43:19 Behold, I will do a new thing, Now it shall spring forth;
Shall you not know it?
I will even make a road in the wilderness
And rivers in the desert.

God is doing a new thing. We can all see it. The men and fathers need to stand tall, unashamed and united in our faith.

Let's reclaim the public square together by using sports to re-educate our young ones about God and faith.

For any dads (and mom's 😀) out there who want to be a part of starting a Gospel-centered youth instructional sports league, lets work together to build the team and start something wonderful for the kids and families in Massachusetts.

“’Come to me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, because I am lowly and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.’” –Matthew 11:28-30

The world constantly tells us to do more, work harder and carry everything on our own. But Jesus offers something different: rest.

So many of us are exhausted from striving, trying to prove ourselves or carrying burdens we were never meant to hold alone. In Matthew 11, Jesus invites the weary and burdened to come to Him and find peace for their souls.

You don’t have to carry the weight by yourself. Bring your worries, pressure and exhaustion to Jesus — the One strong enough to carry it all. 💪

How can you respond to Jesus' invitation to come to Him?

HE IS RISEN! ✝️

The tomb is empty.

Jesus is alive.

And the mission is still moving.

Today, we celebrate the victory that fuels everything we do— on every field, in every Huddle, with every athlete.

Keep going. Keep sharing. Keep believing.

Happy Easter

“They brought Jesus to the place called Golgotha (which means Place of the Skull). They tried to give him wine mixed with myrrh, but he did not take it. Then they crucified him and divided his clothes, casting lots for them to decide what each would get. Now it was nine in the morning when they crucified him.” – Mark 15:22-25

Genuine Gratitude for Great Sacrifice (Good Friday)

We understand gratitude when someone sacrifices for the team.
But nothing compares to this—

Jesus gave His life for us.
On Good Friday, we remember:

The cross wasn’t accidental.
It was intentional. Personal. Sacrificial.

He took what we deserved
so we could receive what we never could earn.

The right response?
Not guilt. Not striving.

Gratitude.

A life lived for Him—
on the field, in the locker room, in every moment.

Because when you truly understand the cross,
it changes everything.
