Each session is structured, progressive, and capped strictly at eight people. This keeps you accountable to proper technique and ensures you receive high-quality, intentional coaching every session you attend.
We offer two options designed to build consistency on your own terms:
Single Sessions: Ideal for a targeted drop-in. Capped at eight spots to maintain coaching quality and direct accountability.
The Flex Pass: 10 small group sessions valid for 4 months. There is no monthly commitment. Simply book when it works for you, stay consistent at your own pace, and show up.
