Thank you everyone for a great year of highland dance ❤️thank you to everyone who has supported the studio and the dancers all year and who came out yesterday for our year end showcase . Congratulations to our two new Associates , our junior and senior dancer of the year and the Charlotte Read Memorial Award winner . I am so proud of each and every dancer this year and hopefully everyone felt celebrated yesterday . If anyone took video or has pictures please send them to me or post on social media tagging on Instagram or Tara’s School of Highland Dance on Facebook . 😊 I only took a few photos so would love to have some shared with me . Thank you again to everyone who helped us celebrate our amazing dancers yesterday ❤️

3 more dancers we are celebrating tomorrow in the recital as they graduate and head off to new adventures ❤️. Time has flown and as excited as I am to see what they achieve next they will all be missed . But tomorrow we celebrate all they are , all they have done and all they have brought to the studio ❤️

So tomorrow at our year end recital we celebrate two dancers in this video ❤️One on an incredible year of getting her Associates and hitting goals . The other we celebrate her accomplishments as she gets ready to graduate and start her next chapter ❤️. We have so much to celebrate tomorrow - it’s going to be a great but bittersweet day 😊

Reminder our year end showcase is coming up this Sunday June 7th . Dance programs and all final details will hit parents/dancer inboxes today. $5 at the door for entry , also crafts for the kiddos in between dances , raffle prizes (10 prizes focused on dancers ) , studio clothing and ghillies for sale (what we have left ) , and of course 2 hours of wonderful dancing ❤️. The dancers have worked hard and they are so excited to show off what they have worked on this year . So see everyone Sunday for an un”bee” lievable day 😉

Sisters❤️I missed one set as they didn’t compete at the same time . Some still dance together and others did before but love seeing all the sisters who have been in our studio and love that wether dancing or not they are there supporting each other ❤️

Huge congrats to our senior and graduating dancers on Shipping to Scotland . 2nd Overall pre-comp large group , top ethnic , All star beat platinum (only our second in the studio ) plus a choreography award . I also have to give credit where credit is due . Miss Lyla came up with the concept of the dance and song then her and Miss Riley choreographed it to what it is ❤️. I might have helped with the logistics of getting it all together (hauling boxes and painting mugs ) but these two teachers and all the dancers in the dance worked together to make the choreo what it is , so they deserve the congrats for the Choreography award . Congrats Dancers . Such a great job making and dancing this dance . I couldn’t be more proud . Also thanks to Zoe for coming out of retirement and helping us get the win 😉
