Grip strength is important and can be a good indicator of your overall health

Our monkey bars don't just make you feel like a kid while you work out and remind you that exercise is fun
but they improve your grip strength, even if you just hang there

"Research shows that having a grip strength that was lower than average compared to people of the same gender and age range was associated with risk of heart failure, where lower strength indicated detrimental changes in the heart’s structure and function. Similarly, research has shown weaker grip strength is a strong predictor of cardiac death, death from any cause, and hospital admission for heart failure."

"It’s been 2 years of inertia while wfh. It’s been 8 years since having a good routine (outside of hikes with my dog). Additionally, joint and back issues have kept me at bay. Bad habits get worse it seems during a pandemic.
I started 4 weeks ago with Kevin. He is very good at what he does. Knowledge and motivation are on point and then some. My back pain is gone. I’m starting to feel and see results. That’s with sessions twice a week. I’m going to maintain this momentum with the goal of being able to fly solo after the program is done (signed on for another three months). Highly recommend Pax!"
