Iron Performance Center was founded to help the community maximize strength training and fitness utilizing the most current methods in strength and conditioning. Our coaches are dedicated to guiding our members and followers through specific exercise and training principles designed around their individual needs in order to help them reach their goals. 🏆 HAFe Award Winner – May 🏆

This month’s HAFe Award goes to Rowan Topp, an athlete who continues to set the standard for what it means to trust the process.

His work ethic is relentless. Whether it’s an early morning session, a tough training block, or chasing down another gym record, Rowan consistently shows up ready to work. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just a commitment to getting better every single day.

What stands out most isn’t just the numbers he’s putting up or the records he’s setting, it’s the way he goes about it. He attacks every session with purpose, brings a positive attitude to the gym, supports those around him, and has earned the respect of both coaches and fellow athletes through his dedication to the craft. Hard not to when he’s hitting extra sled, grip or arm work 😂

Success in hockey is built long before the puck drops, and Rowan is proving that with every rep, sprint, jump, and lift. His respect of the training process embodies what all athletes should strive for.

May was one for the books. 🔥

We had one of the biggest Committed Club months we've ever seen, with an incredible number of athletes and members showing up, putting in the work, and stacking consistent days all month long.

Every name on this list represents a commitment to getting better, one session at a time.

Congratulations to everyone who earned their spot this month. Your consistency is setting the standard and raising the level of our entire community.

SUMMER DAWGS. ☀️🐶🐾

Some are dawgs. Some are not.

And being a dawg has nothing to do with being the strongest, fastest, leanest, or most athletic person in the room.

A dawg is the person who shows up consistently.
Who works hard even when nobody’s watching.
Who brings energy instead of excuses.
Who attacks problems with solutions.
Who pushes the people around them instead of pulling them down.
Who competes, encourages, and gets better: together.

That’s been the the standard since the beginning, and we’re highlighting it this Summer.

Good people. Great effort. Better attitudes.

🏐 OFF-SEASON TRAINING REGISTRATION IS LIVE.

The 12-Week Volleyball Off-Season Performance Program is now officially open for registration.

Built for club athletes who want to jump higher, get stronger, and dominate next season.

This program is exclusively available to Niagara Rapids & NAVC athletes and spots are limited so we can keep coaching standards high. First come, first train.

Our 12-Week Program starts June 1st with registration closing May 29th.

If you want to show up in the fall stronger, faster, and more explosive… this is where it starts.
