It’s Wednesday Night Diving time again. This is the way!!

Join our Divealorian’s at Frenchman’s Creek in the Niagara River at 6:30pm.

This free event is hosted by Dan’s Dive Shop every summer to showcase the great shore diving around Niagara for our divers!

Meet us on site at 6:30pm and gear up. Site briefing and splash in the water at 7:00pm.

Join us post dive for drinks and snacks at a local eatery.

👉All divers must have an SMB and spool. No scuba gear is provided on site. Full rentals available in store from 10am-6pm. Lights recommended.

👉Divers must be minimum Open Water certified and have recent experience diving in Canada.

👉Dives are not guided. Don’t have a dive buddy? We can match you with a fellow diver on site.

This weekend the dive season went into overdrive. Our most active weekend of the season so far, as we welcome new PADI Instructors, acatar Instructor, Self Reliant Divers, Padi Open Water and Scuba Divers, as well as the start of a local Advanced class.

Sunday morning vibes sturgeon making new friends in the lower Niagara River near Art Park.

These gentle giants are amazing to see underwater. There ones are 4-6’ long!!

Did you know that sturgeon (a prehistoric fish) can only reproduce in the body of water they were first born in?

Pretty cool eh?

The Rescue Diver Course is a must for any diver

It’s the bare minimum a recreational diver should achieve in their quest for certifications.

Most Scuba Divers encounter a problem above or below the water at some point in their diving so knowing how to prevent and control these problems before they happen is essential.

Our Rescue Diver program is the most in-depth and thorough offering.

2026 Course Dates:
June 26/27/28, 2026
July 31/ Aug 1/2, 2026
Aug 21/22/23, 2026

Schedule:
Friday 6pm – 9pm CLASS
Saturday 9am -5pm OPEN WATER
Sunday 9am – 5pm OPEN WATER

Divers need to be certified Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Hold Current First Aid/CPR. Minimum age of 15 years old.

Cost is only $395 + HST and includes PADI Rescue Diver E-Learning, and Certification Fee.
