As 2025 comes to a close, I’m incredibly proud of how far DFITT has come. What started as a vision has grown into a community built on consistency, hard work, and real results. Helping people reach their fitness goals—physically and mentally—will always be the heart of what we do.
As we continue to raise the ceiling and grow, none of this happens without the support of every client, athlete, family member, and supporter who believed in DFITT along the way. Because of you, we’re proud to be Top 5 gyms in the area on Yelp and hold a 5-star rating on Google—a true reflection of the work being done every day.

Client spotlight today, came to me before covid for training for her and her late husband. She had a dream of one day competing. She made good on that goal by sticking with a regimented diet, consistent workouts around a busy mom schedule and made those goals she set in place for her self. Consistency is key to achieving what you desire, as a trainer when you tell me your goals they become mine and together we work towards them.
