My JOY today was making my Mama's Scalloped Potatoes.

Recipe is simple.
But the memories are full.
Mama teaching Branden and I how to make it together. Maybe even her giving me heck for my peeling skills with a pearing knife.

I will forever enJOY all my memories of and with my Mom. Sharing time making and eating dinner with my husband, even better ♡

A word I've been hearing a lot lately.
Clients sharing their success stories...

Feeling stronger.
Not living in pain every day.
Feeling confident as they step into a new experience.
Not being afraid of movement and the anxieties of pain afterwards.

Finding freedom, through the magic of movement.
& this, my friends, is why I do it.

My calling has always been to help people, I just never realized that it would be in this capacity.

Being able to pour my heart and soul into bringing sunshine into others lives 🌞
