Your child doesn’t need to train harder. They need to train better.

I see this all the time with youth athletes between the ages of 8–18:

They’re in the gym.
They’re lifting weights.
They’re working hard.

But their speed doesn’t improve.
Their confidence is always inconsistent.
And the results can't always carry over to their sport.

At NewLight Fitness, youth training is built on four pillars:

🔹 Explosiveness – learning how to produce power with control
🔹 Strength – building resilient bodies, not just adding weight
🔹 Speed – coordination and acceleration that actually transfers to sport
🔹 Functionality – moving well to reduce injury risk and build confidence

When these pillars are trained in the right order, kids don’t just “get stronger” but they move better, play faster, and trust their bodies more.

That’s why I’m opening a limited number of spots for a 1-on-1, 8-week youth training program designed to build the foundation first.

Hello friends!! I am launching a new program called The Foundation 8!! A men’s 8 Week Training Experience!!

I’m opening up 10 spots for an 8 week men’s training experience designed for guys aged 25–50 who want something real.

This is not a “lose 20 pounds in 30 days” challenge.
This is not a gimmick.
And this is not the end-all solution to your fitness.

This is a starting point.

The Foundation 8 is about:
âś” Building a healthy rhythm of movement
âś” Learning how your body actually moves
âś” Identifying your strengths AND your weak points
âś” Developing strength, mobility, and confidence that carries into real life

You’ll train with intention, learning why you move the way you do, not just what to do. The goal is to leave these 8 weeks with clarity, structure, and momentum… not burnout.

This is for men who:
• Feel stiff, inconsistent, or disconnected from their body
• Want to train smarter, not just harder

A general saying we all hear is change is good. Change is for the better. But most of us don’t want change, we get so set in our current reality and come to know nothing different so why change? Why risk ruining what your normal is? Maybe there is no answer to that BUT there is a reason change exists. It can allow us to grow, allow us to be defeated sometimes, allow us to lose or allow us to be great! Training our bodies is a change, we get so stuck in our routines we miss out on the incredible possibilities we can achieve both physically and in our everyday lives.

Fear is one of the greatest things to hold us back from what we really want in life. But when you break down fear all you have is False Evidence Appearing Real. Don’t let that voice inside your head hold you back based only on what if’s!
