I see this all the time with youth athletes between the ages of 8–18:
They’re in the gym.
They’re lifting weights.
They’re working hard.
But their speed doesn’t improve.
Their confidence is always inconsistent.
And the results can't always carry over to their sport.
At NewLight Fitness, youth training is built on four pillars:
