Dear members,

The boys have been working hard to get the course in shape, while the girls are inside cleaning and getting the clubhouse stocked for the season.
Our anticipated date for opening is, May 5th or 6th, weather pending. Call the Clubhouse or drop by if need be . 506-536-3437.

The Clubhouse will be open the following hours to purchase memberships, rent lockers, etc.
Wednesday, April 29. 9:30am to 2:30 pm
Thursday, April 30. 9:30am to 1:30 pm
Friday, May 1. 10:00 am to 2:30 and 4:30pm to 7:00pm

Dear Members,
Just a note to inform you that our prices for 2026 memberships will remain the same as they were in 2025.
We look forward to another great season of golf. As you know our course is always in great shape thanks to our staff who work diligently to keep it at its best!
The 2026 season is upon us and the golf course looks to be in fairly decent shape. We have been having some warm afternoons so please feel free to take a walk and if you have any interest helping to rake and pick up sticks certainly benefits our staff. Just put any debris in a pile and it will be discarded later. Thanks so much - our volunteers are greatly appreciated!

Dear members ,
It appears that we may soon be getting some much needed rain - fingers crossed .

Saturday, Sept. 27 th.
The annual three person scramble will be held with tee off time scheduled at 10:00 am - shot gun start . The course will be restricted to those participating from 10:00 am to approximately 2:30 pm. Please note that Paula Sears and maybe one or two others will be at the Club selling tickets on their Open Sky fundraising project on Saturday morning.

Next week
Weather permitting, Kevin plans to aerate the greens . As you know, this is something that is done annually - and the results are obvious. Signage will be posted . If help is needed to rake the greens , please help out. Bring your own rake.

Continue to enjoy . The weather will determine when we will close for the 2025 season.

The 2nd Annual Bordertown Challenge Charity Golf Tournament was a great success yesterday. 🏌️‍♀️ ⛳️Huge thanks to the Tantramar and Amherst women who came out in great spirits and generosity to support Open Sky.
Kaitlyn Graham and Laura Wesselius were the winning team with a score of 32.
Longest drive award went to Kaitlyn Graham, closest to the pin, Heather Mitton and putting contest,Judi McLellan.

Dear members ,
We hope that you are enjoying September golf. Obviously we need a good rain - but our greens have more than survived the drought .

Friday, Sept. 19
Our Club will be hosting the Open Sky fundraising tournament . The tournament involves competition between Ladies representing Amherst and our Club. Please note that the course will be restricted to those participating from 1:45 pm to approximately 4:30 pm.

Please note that there are no special event scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 20 and 21 , and that regulars hours are in effect.

Pray for rain and we do hope that you will continue to play and enjoy the rest of the season,

I need to make a correction to yesterday’s email that was sent out. Riley Estabrooks won the Club Championship in 2024, also doing so by tying the course record. Very sorry Riley.
