The Ontario Screening Portal is officially open for the 2026-2027 season.
Mandatory for:
🏒 Coaches
📋 Bench Staff
🎯 Third-Party Instructors
🦓 On-Ice Officials
👥 Anyone working with minors
Complete your Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) or Declaration as soon as possible to ensure eligibility for the upcoming season.
Reminder: individuals without approved screening will not be permitted on the bench or within participant environments.

Congratulations to Liam Gillies on being named the recipient of the Coach Phil Marchessault Sportsmanship Award on behalf of the Russell Minor Hockey Association.

This award recognizes players who embody true sportsmanship — supporting teammates, showing perseverance, and never giving up. After the loss of his father, Liam continued to show incredible strength, character, and dedication to the game and his team throughout the season.

A very well-deserved honour. Congratulations, Liam!

Huge congratulations to our U15B Champions for taking home the gold at the GHA Finals today! After an absolute battle on the ice, our crew sealed the deal with a 3-2 victory in double overtime.

Talk about leaving it all on the ice! These players showed incredible grit, teamwork, and nerves of steel when it mattered most.
