400 m repeats are tough. We made them a little more interesting with a downpour, and a lot more manageable with good company. 🌧

Thanks to everyone who joined us at the track this summer. It was a great way to spend our Thursday evenings.

Run from Hammond to Vankleek Hill, passing through welcoming communities along the way. An out & back trail experience with smooth paths, crisp fall air, and plenty of encouragement from start to finish.
