Meet Danielle, our newest Mat Pilates instructor 🤍

We’re so happy to be welcoming another incredible instructor to the RP team! We’re excited for you to meet her, move with her, and get to know her over the coming weeks.

Danielle will be joining the schedule October 24th, with a regular Monday evening class at 7 PM and additional classes along the way.

A 6-week postpartum Lagree series created to give you the space to return to movement, rebuild strength and find your rhythm again, all with baby by your side.

Lower music, space to step away when needed, a changing station in studio, and programming designed with your return to movement in mind.

Tuesdays at 10:30am, beginning October 20.
6 classes. 6 weeks. $210.

There was always more to RP than just the workout. We wanted to create a space where you could come as you are, move your body, be challenged, feel supported + have a little time that’s simply yours.

Our classes are intentionally small, giving our instructors the space to know the room, offer thoughtful corrections and modifications, and help you get more out of every movement, wherever you’re starting from.

Because you don’t have to be experienced to begin. And you certainly don’t have to have it all figured out before you walk through our doors.
