***Expression of Interest *** Competitive Fall Team tennis is now scheduled to begin on Thursday, September 24 (7-9pm) and will run until late October. If interested in playing, please contact Dave Seely by email ([email protected]) or Facebook message by end of day Friday, September 18th and include your phone/email contact details. As with past years, the league will use a draft format, with a maximum of 6 teams.

Just a reminder of the 2026 Open and Masters Provincials taking place at Rothesay Tennis Club this Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Action starts today (Friday) at 3pm. This great event includes multiple levels of play for both doubles and singles / women and men. Special thanks to our local Hampton / KV Home Hardware for providing the forklift needed to unload our recent order of Har-Tru clay. Store owner Todd Bowness personally took time out of his day to unload our delivery. We truly appreciate the generosity of a local business supporting our club.

Special thanks to our volunteer members for helping move 280 bags of Har-Tru clay delivered today by way of Montreal. Like our volunteers, this clay is instrumental to our club operations. We now have enough supply to last us for the next three to four seasons. Well done guys!

Tomorrow, August 11th RTC is hosting a competitive doubles tournament for players with a 3.5 and above. This is designed for Team Tennis players and spares. Please sign up through the link in the newsletter or through the portal. The cutoff for registration is tonight at midnight. If you are playing in this tournament you must be on site for 6:30pm, Tuesday night.

There will be come great snacks and drinks in attendance as well😜. You won't want to miss it.
