Hello! My name is Jessica Vikse. I have been a personal trainer here for over 15 years
My kids schedules have allowed for me to offer my most popular evening class once again
This will not only get you results but teach you how to maintain afterwards also. You will need to set some cash aside for smaller summer clothes, as this class tends to have clients drop double digits, not by not eating either, but actually the opposite. I'll be guiding your nutrition, helping you to eat more, but the right stuff to fire up that metabolism. You will also be in the gym with me, lifting the weights and getting the steps!
Starting June 2nd, every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday or Sunday (depending on what the group likes more) from 7-8pm with me. I'll be requiring 7 days a week of nutritional joournaling, and 4 days a week of step journaling
