There will be an heat pump installation done at the gym today. You may still train but the free weight area will be closed.

We will be receiving a new wipe and throw away can for cleaning the machine instead of spray bottles and towels. There will still be towels available for your personnel needs. Please make sure to throw away your wipes in the can after use.

The gym will be closing tonight January 14th until January 31st as per government level 3 mandates.

Stay safe and take advantage of mother nature’s naturel gym. Snowshoeing, cross country skiing, walking, running, skating, snowman building whatever keeps you moving and motivated. You tube also has thousands of all level home workouts. I especially love Sidney Cummings videos which has cardio, strenght, HIIT, AMRAP and more.

Avec l'annonce de M. Higgs vendredi, nous allons ouvrir le gym le lundi le 1 Juin. SVP, nous informer cette semaine par texte au 623-8513 ou messenger que vous voulez recommencer et nous vous expliquerons les procédures. Nous avons travaillé fort à mettre les règles du Work Safe en marche pour que nos membres puissent se sentir sécure au gym. Hâte de vous accueillir!

Mr. Higgs announced on Friday that we must wait until next Monday, June 1st to open gyms. You can send us a text to 623-8513 or messenger to let us know if you will be starting. We will explain the new procedures that must be followed by Work Safe. Can't wait to see you again!
