This is Logan's second time competing at the Games. He is looking forward to the 1000 meters as it has been one of his best distances this season as well as all the experiences the Games has to offer, specifically the opening ceremonies. This is Grace's second time competing at the Games. In terms of the competition she is looking forward to the longer races, like the 1500, because she thrives at the long distances. Campbell is our Zone 4 athlete from Red Deer who skates with our sister club the Red Deer Lions Speed Skating Club. This will be her first time attending the Games and she is looking forward to taking in the whole experience, specifically to meet some new friends in her favourite sport. She is pumped for the 400 meter races because she is very strong in the sprint distances. Her ultimate goal would be to make it onto the podium.
