Last Saturday was a great turnout for weapons class and normal karate class had a great day everyone did well in basic movements and 3 Bo forms

The last day of training for the year want to wish everyone a Merry Christmas & a safe new year what a fantastic year we had hope all have are ready for next year let’s make it bigger and a happy birthday to Alysa and also a happy birthday to Ryan for the 28th December have a great then as well

We had a great result today 17 medals which I am super proud of everyone you completed today and the efforts they put great job also some good seminars as well and a great night witnessing John Therien getting his tenth Dan tonight and was great to see Ryan and I on his tribute video their was some videos and images of us on their which was fantastic for us can’t wait till next year great job to all

Here is a preview of the karate section of Rockland academy of martial arts what fantastic 6 month preview on how we have grown in to a great part of the club we also have great jiu-jitsu & Mauy Thai program as well also home school and after school programs as well can’t wait to see what the future holds
