Vous cherchez une façon de garder votre joueur actif et de continuer à développer ses habiletés de soccer cet automne et cet hiver? Le RUSC offre deux options de soccer intérieur!

⚽ LIGUE RÉCRÉATIVE DE SOCCER INTÉRIEUR (FUTSAL)
Une ligue récréative amusante pour tous les niveaux.

📅 24 octobre 2026 – mars 2027
⚽ 15 matchs — aucun entraînement
⏱️ 2 × 20 minutes
📍 Gymnase L’Escale
👥 Joueurs nés de 2009 à 2019
💰 160 $/joueur

🗓️ Les samedis après-midi
• Octobre à décembre : environ 13 h à 18 h
• Janvier à mars : environ 15 h à 20 h
• Les groupes plus jeunes seront priorisés pour les heures plus tôt.

ENTRAÎNEURS BÉNÉVOLES RECHERCHÉS!
Aucun entraînement requis. Les entraîneurs aideront à organiser les joueurs et à gérer leur équipe pendant les matchs. Un crédit de 80 $ applicable à une inscription au RUSC sera offert après avoir complété la saison.

⚽ PROGRAMME DE DÉVELOPPEMENT HIVERNAL (PDH)
Aidez votre joueur à améliorer ses habiletés, son jeu de pieds et sa confiance grâce à des séances combinant développement des habiletés et mini-matchs.

⏱️ 75 minutes/séance

Les joueurs seront assignés à l'une des deux plages horaires :

⚽ NEW RUSC INDOOR SOCCER LEAGUE & WINTER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!

Looking for a way to keep your player active and developing their soccer skills this fall and winter? RUSC is offering two indoor soccer options!

⚽ INDOOR SOCCER (FUTSAL) HOUSE LEAGUE
A fun, recreational winter league for players of all skill levels.

📅 October 24, 2026 – March 2027
⚽ 15 games — no practices
⏱️ 2 × 20-minute halves
📍 L’Escale Gym
👥 Birth years 2009–2019
💰 $160/player

🗓️ Saturday afternoons
• October–December: approximately 1:00–6:00 p.m
• January–March: approximately 3:00–8:00 p.m.
• Younger age groups will be prioritized for earlier times.

VOLUNTEER COACHES NEEDED!
No practices required. Coaches will help organize players and manage their team during games. Coaches receive an $80 RUSC registration credit after completing the season.

⚽ WINTER DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (WDP)
Help your player improve their skills, footwork and confidence through a combination of skills training and mini-games.

📅 October 16 – December 14, 2026
👥 Birth years 2010–2019
⚽ Approximately 8 sessions
⏱️ 75 minutes/session
👥 Maximum 16 players/session
💰 $80/player

📍 Rockland District High School — Monday evenings
📍 St. Francis Xavier High School — Friday evenings

Players will be assigned to one of two time slots:
• 6:15–7:30 p.m.
• 7:30–8:45 p.m.

Winter WDP registration will open in December.

How cool is this? Two amazing entrepreneurs, Keliane and Jenny, just opened Sweet Sip Nutrition in Alfred, ON. They created a special menu for SoccerFest and are joining us all weekend 🙏

This is always my favorite morning of the year. Rockland United Soccer Club colours everywhere and the excitement to play soccer is just the best.

C'est toujours mon matin préféré de l'année.

Voir les couleurs du Club de soccer de Rockland United partout et tout le monde excité de jouer au soccer, il n'y a rien de mieux.

Un immense merci à nos familles, nos commanditaires et surtout nos entraineurs et bénévoles qui préparent le tout en ce moment.
