Juniors in Motion / Juniors en action Juniors in Motion is a youth fitness program designed and coached by professional youth coaches.

Our mission is to improve children's physical literacy, increase self confidence and create a positive relationship with exercise.

Ève first joined our youth program when she was 9 years old. Over the years she has developed a wide range of physical skill and performs safe movement patterns consistently. She was accepted into a weightlifting program at her high schoolđŸ‹ïžâ€â™€ïž Way to go girl!!

Doing what is best for the kids requires being patient as a coach. Setting up building blocs of foundational movement patterns layered with movement skills and then repeating them in varied ways makes for a well rounded, versatile and safe lifter. Well done my friend👏

A well-designed youth program seeks to develop all aspects of movements and takes a global approach to skill work. Handstand work is part of our curriculum to develop balance, upper body strength and core. Not to mention, it's fun to learn through play ;)

Un programme bien conçu pour les jeunes vise Ă  dĂ©velopper tous les aspects des mouvements et adopte une approche globale du travail spĂ©cialisĂ©. Le travail en handstand fait partie de notre programme d’études pour dĂ©velopper l’équilibre, la force du haut du corps et le tronc. Sans compter qu’il est amusant d’apprendre par le jeu ;)
