Grounded Fitness is a family business with a focus on Health and Wellness, operated by husband and wife duo, Ananth and Jennifer, who both provide their own unique approach to health and fitness that is fun and motivational. certified personal trainer, Precision Nutrition Level 1 Nutritionist, and Red Cross First Aid Instructor, who has a life long passion for fitness, strength training, movement

and nutrition, with a drive for continued learning. His vision is to provide the Rockland and surrounding areas community with a safe place to achieve fitness and nutrition goals, that is family friendly and achievable for all ages and levels of fitness. Ananth is an athlete and enjoys Basketball, Hockey, Skating, Skiing, and Climbing in his spare time. Ananth loves to learn and is especially interested in Exercise Science and he continues to educate himself daily. Jennifer Aviss is an ISSA certified Personal Trainer. Jennifer has been training alongside Ananth for the past 10 years and recently decided to take her passion for fitness to the next level by getting certified as a trainer. Jennifer enjoys strength training, jogging and CrossFit. Jennifer and Ananth have 3 beautiful girls and live a very family-focused lifestyle.
