If you have wondered what is involved in aikido training now is your chance to try it out! Beginning on January 19, 2026 Shohei Juku Aikido Sunshine Coast will be offering an Intro to Aikido course. Mondays 6-7pm for six weeks at the cost of $100. During this course we will go through a typical aikido class, some technical/technique instruction and how to create a positive attitude with the practice. This is a low key way to find out if this kind of body/mind training is for you. If you are interested for yourself or someone you know feel free to reach out and I am happy to discuss it anytime! 16 years old and up. All are welcome!
