Meet Tim, our Registered Massage Therapist, who combines evidence-based treatment with a personalized approach to help you move better and feel your best. Using a blend of fascial techniques, Swedish massage, and deep tissue, he tailors every treatment to your unique goals and needs.

As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a background in competitive weightlifting, Tim brings a deep understanding of movement, recovery, and performance to every session. People have a laundry-list of problems, until they have a health problem, then they have 1 problem!

Why do we wait for things to go wrong before we fix them?

Part of living a Proactive lifestyle is addressing small things before they become big things.

What may start as an ache or a pain can develop into something more severe if it’s left alone or not addressed in the first place.

We encourage all our patients to be PROACTIVE in how they live their life. That could be something as simple as walking everyday, or it could be booking an appointment to address that nagging issue you’ve had for a few weeks now.

Remember, doing something, regardless of how much, is better than doing nothing!

I think a better question is, what DON’T we treat at Proactive Health!

Our talented team of practitioners is more than capable of handling a wide variety of health issues. We do see a lot of the usual ‘aches and pains’ but also have the ability to treat much more complex issues as well!

We've come a long way 🙂‍↕️

4 years ago, I started off with an idea to open up my own practice. Never would I have dreamed that I would have this beautiful clinic space, amazing colleagues who share like-minded values, and the incredible outreach to service my community.

Jokes aside, I am no one without the support of many who have helped Proactive Health get to where it is.
