Today, we’re taking a moment to recognize Brian and the entire Turf Care Team for the work they do to keep Quilchena looking and playing its best.

From daily maintenance to the long-term planning and care that helps the course recover, grow, and thrive, his approach is all about building a stronger course for the future.

And of course, none of that happens without his dedicated Turf Care Team. Their hard work, early mornings, and attention to detail make a difference every day.

Hard work was completed and good progress was made during August’s aeration week. Work done on greens, fairways and tee boxes will help the course’s long term health and playing conditions moving forward. 

With a more extensive fairway program this year, Brian’s bottom-up approach focuses on building a healthier foundation beneath the turf. By improving soil conditions and encouraging stronger growth, our turf care team is taking important steps toward healthier and more consistent playing surfaces.
