In our ongoing effort to keep our members, employees and community safe from the spread of COVID-19, effective November 7, 2020, the use of facial masks will be mandatory while in the club. Masks must fit securely around your mouth, nose and chin without gapping.

Temporary removal of your mask is permitted, if desired, in the following situations:
 

🔹 Moving on cardio-based equipment

🔹Participating in a group fitness class

🔹Showering, swimming, hydrating or enjoying the whirlpool spa

 

We thank you for your cooperation. If you have any concerns please visit us in club and we will be able to provide accommodation.

We just filled our hot tubs! 💧Today our maintenance team added water to the hot tubs in the Co-Ed and Women's Only Pools, which we hope to open on Friday, August 21st!
In an effort to reopen our doors quickly, some amenities and services are not available just yet...but we are working hard to bring back everything you love! 💙

Upper Body Circuit
Equipment : 2 resistant bands

A1) Push up & Triceps Kick Back 4x40sec each
A2) Side Plank & Ani Rotation Row 4x40sec each
A3) Multi Band Overhead Press
4x40sec each
A4) ISO external Banded Uppercut 4x40sec each

With less equipment around I started to enjoy more and more working with Bands and challenge the movement in variable resistant environment.
I’d suggest go through slow and controlled movement for maximum benefit.
