“What’s the difference between the Interest Class and Rep Team?”
Honestly, it’s not about which one is better.
They’re just for different goals and different stages.
🌱 Interest Class — Just enjoy the game!
Perfect for kids who are new to soccer or simply want to have fun and stay active.
⚽️ Simple and fun training
🏃 Learn the basics
😊 Build an interest in soccer
👫 Make new friends
💙 Have fun, stay active and enjoy playing
The goal is simple:
Let kids fall in love with soccer first.
🔥 Rep Team — Train hard, then use it in games!
The main difference is training + games.
Kids will start learning things like:
🧠 Where to move and how to find space
⚽️ Corners and free kicks
📋 Basic tactics and team play
📖 Understanding the rules of the game
💪 More structured and higher-intensity training
🤝 Discipline, respect and teamwork
🎯 Most importantly — how to use what they learn in a real game
Because we don’t want kids to just do drills.
We want them to understand why they’re doing it, and then try it out in a real game.
💙 So, in simple terms:
🌱 Interest Class = Learn the basics + Have fun
🔥 Rep Team = Train + Compete + Put it into practice
And the two can absolutely go together.
Some kids start with the Interest Class and, once they’re ready, try out for Rep Team.
Others may play Rep Team but still enjoy the Interest Class for some extra fun and development.
At the end of the day, it’s not just about becoming a better soccer player.
We want kids to learn respect, communication, teamwork, discipline and how to keep going when things get tough.

🌱 興趣班｜先培養對足球的興趣
適合第一次接觸足球，或者想輕鬆享受足球的小朋友。
⚽️ 簡單、有趣的足球訓練
🏃♂️ 培養運動習慣及基本足球技巧
😊 在輕鬆環境中享受足球
👫 認識新朋友、學習與其他小朋友相處
我們希望孩子第一件事不是「踢得幾叻」，
而是”喜歡足球”，願意繼續踢。
🔥 Rep Team｜訓練 × 比賽，把所學真正實踐
Rep Team 除了日常訓練，還會有正式比賽。
除了提升足球技術，孩子亦會逐步學習：
📖 足球規則與比賽理解
🧠 走位及場上意識
⚽️ 角球、罰球等定位球處理
📋 基本戰術及比賽安排
💪 較高強度及更有系統的訓練
🤝 紀律、尊重、溝通及團隊合作
🎯 執行訓練內容，並在比賽中實踐
訓練不是為了訓練而訓練，
而是讓孩子把學到的東西帶到比賽裡。
💙 簡單來說：
🌱 興趣班 = 培養興趣，享受足球
🔥 Rep Team = 訓練提升，透過比賽實踐
但兩者並不互相抵觸。
有些孩子可以先從興趣班開始，
慢慢建立興趣和基本能力，再嘗試 Rep Team。
亦有孩子參加 Rep Team 的同時，
透過興趣班保持輕鬆、開心的足球體驗。
我們最希望看到的，不只是孩子在球場上進步，
而是他們因為足球變得更有紀律、更懂尊重、更願意合作，
