It’s been a while since we last posted. Spring is always a busy time at the studio and we are happily putting in long hours to keep everyone connected both in body and person.

It was a beautifully sweet surprise to have flowers and chocolates brought in on the same night.

Just another reminder of how thoughtful & kind our clients are. 💟

As we enter another lockdown we can't help but take a moment to express our most heartfelt gratitude to our clients, trainers, family and friends. Without your kind words, unconditional support, patience and understanding we would not have survived the past two years. Together we have accomplished something extraordinary. 5 lockdowns & 13 reopening plans later, we are ALL still HERE👍. Be proud, because at the end of the day, our collective will has allowed us to continue to connect/workout and feel just a little better each time we do. Now is not the time to be angry or sad, now is the time to recognize and appreciate just how far we have come. We know It hasn't been easy, but nothing worth fighting for ever is. See you in our 🙏💙
