Dear loyal customers and followers,

I (Sara) would like to thank you all for the continued support; our FFS team appreciates it so much.

Things have slowed down a lot within the last 6 months and i’ll admit, hasn’t really been as consistent as we’d like. It happens, life gets hectic, busy, and I know for myself navigating motherhood has been quite the crazy and beautiful journey thus far.

My passion and love for the fitness industry and this studio still stands strong. I am and always have been so proud to be able to bring these services to our community for our members to enjoy and to be apart of an amazing fitness family. My goals and visions stay the same, but right now things just aren’t as smooth flowing and full force as they once were. We will get back to that.

Please be patient with our team. We are trying our best as a small business. All i ask is for you to please continue to support and utilize our facility as much as you can; it’s there for you!

With all that being said, we love you all and 2026 is going to be the best year yet for us all ✨🔥❤️

Hi! So we’ve recently moved to a new booking software, and sometimes new things can be hard to navigate which is fine!

Thought i’d share a snapshot of our prices for your information.

We used to be able to process your payments right through our booking software but we’re still undergoing technical difficulties. So for now, you can sign up without paying and just pay at the studio. You can still book using our software or by messaging us directly!

We use a square machine in the studio to take debit/credit payments 🙂 We do add a few cents to the square to cover the small fee, but cash is also accepted (in exact change)
