The last thing you want to do is get your gear, come to the studio, and work on improving yourself. Tonight, BJJ from 5:30-7pm has been cancelled, but TKD is still on from 7pm-8pm for anyone who's itching to burn off some excess energy!

Unfortunately, TKD class is cancelled tonight. Students can try out the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class which runs tonight 5:30-7pm to get a taste of cross-training though!

Sorry folks, due a family emergency, TKD class will be cancelled tomorrow. We encourage students who still want to train to try out the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class which runs tomorrow right before our regularly scheduled class from 5:30-7pm.

On a personal note, take care of yourselves, hug your loved ones, and remember that tomorrow is never guaranteed to come.

Traffic will be restricted on Broad Street from Saskatchewan Drive to Victoria Avenue for about nine weeks starting on April 12. Two-way traffic will always be available, but expect delays.

Crews will be relining a major water main that provides water to the downtown area. This technique is cost-effective and minimizes disruption. Instead of digging up the road and replacing the pipe, crews use an inner lining to renew it.

We are excited to announce the return of our Provincial Championships for the first time since 2019 due to the COVID 19 Pandemic! We are also excited to announce TWO NEW events to the Championships ... NO GI GRAPPLING AND GI GRAPPLING! Taking place on April 29th in Regina, Registration is now open!
