The Cougars 15U are headed to Calgary to compete at the Volleyball Canada Nationals May 25–27!
After a season filled with hard work, dedication, and continuous growth, these girls are ready to leave it all on the court.

We are so proud of everything this team has accomplished already, and we can’t wait to see them compete against some of the best teams in the country. Good luck Cougars — play hard, support each other, and enjoy every moment of this incredible experience! 🏐💚💛

🏅✨ The 14U Cougars Green are coming home from Nationals in Edmonton with some shiny new bling! After a weekend packed with hard work, grit, determination, and unforgettable moments, these girls battled their way through some incredible competition from across Western Canada and came out on top in their tier! 💚🐾

From first whistle to final play, they showed heart, hustle, and true Cougar spirit every step of the way. We couldn’t be prouder of this amazing group of athletes and coaches. Congratulations, ladies — you earned every bit of that hardware! 🎉🥎

What a weekend for the Cougars 15U!
The team went undefeated in pool play (4-0), heading into playoffs with determination and momentum on their side. After battling hard all weekend and dropping just one game, the girls earned their spot in the Division 3 bronze medal match.
With incredible plays, powerful hits, and true team grit, they came out on top!
Congratulations to the Cougars 15U on an amazing Division 3 bronze medal finish 🥉
