Due to the significant rainfall this past weekend, the 13th Ave BMX track has sustained substantial damage and is currently **not safe to ride**.

For the safety of everyone in our BMX community, the track is **closed effective immediately** and our 2026 riding season has come to an early end.

Please respect the closure and **stay off the track** until further notice. Gates have been locked where possible and signage is being posted.

This is not how we wanted to finish the season, but rider and public safety has to come first.

Thank you to all of our riders, families and volunteers for your understanding, support, and everything you have contributed this season. We’ll be using the off-season to plan the work needed to bring the track back to the safe standard our club has always worked to provide.

We look forward to seeing everyone back in 2027. 💙

Since many of us will be traveling to St. Albert’s for BMX nationals, there will be no Club race on Thursday 27th.

Instead, we will hold practice only on Tuesday this week to accommodate the coaches and riders attending St. Albert’s.

Tuesday’s practice will feature the usual two sessions.
