This is a multi trainer run exercise class that's sure to make you sweat!

Our fitness classes are made in house by all of our trainers putting their minds together.

• Take a selfie in the gym, post it to your story, and tag us for an entry!

Day 2 (Dec 21st) - What’s Your Sport?
• Take a photo or video of yourself in the gym using the synthetic ice, the short court, or the track. Post it to your story and tag us for the chance to win a free Shewy’s Hoodie.

Day 3 (Dec 22nd) - Never Skipping Leg Day!
• Take a video or picture of yourself using your favorite lower-body machine at the gym! Post it to your story and make sure to tag us!
