Buffalo Plains Taekwon-Do Club BP TKD Club is a non-profit ITF Taekwon-Do club affiliated with the Saskatchewan, Canadian and International Taekwon-Do Federations. Classes are taught by Ms.

Buffalo Plains TKD practices the ITF style of Taekwon-Do, a martial art developed for the purpose of self-defense. Chelsea Stone, a 6th degree black belt and certified international instructor. ITF Taekwon-Do is great for the entire family and helps promote a healthy lifestyle - physically and mentally- teaches discipline, respect, self-confidence and fun!
