Speechless..... Scott meant so much to so many people at Mettle over the years! His Intensity and drive were contagious, you couldn't help but get stronger training around him. From all the strongmen/women and powerlifters who grew into the lifters they are today by watching you,

Without a doubt one of the most dominant Western Canadian Strongmen ever, with 3 podiums at Canada's Strongest Man, 2 trips to SBD World’s Strongest Man and EIGHT Western Canada's Strongest Man titles. The latter number may never be beat.
We will miss your hearty laugh, easy smile and crowd-pleasing explosive event dominance. Rest easy good friend.

Good luck to James Jeffers, our 2X Saskatchewan's Strongest Man (and 2x Canada's Strongest Man runner-up) this weekend in Glasgow, Scotland! Tomorrow 10,000 fans will pack the OVO Hydro arena for the Giants Live World Tour Finals.
This truly is the highest level of strongman league competition in the world, where titans like Tom Stoltman and Mateusz Kieliszkowski will tread.

Huge congrats to our resident gym champion James Jeffers on the stellar performance at NORTH AMERICA'S STRONGEST MAN this weekend in Victoriaville, Quebec! Only 1.5 points from 3rd in a field of monsters!

What an incredible weekend for METTLE athletes!
The first Sask Strongman Corp competition of the year, the Diamond Crusher Classic in Warman, saw our members deliver some huge performances!

Congratulations to Mike Schiml for the gold in u105kg, Virgil Thomson for gold in Masters u105kg, Olivia Irving for 2nd in her first SCC contest and double-high five to Tyler Sushelniski for his FIRST WIN EVER- with a gold in u120kg, over experienced athletes! 🥇🥇🥈🥇

We have amazing members, and even bigger things are going to happen this season!
