Kim Lawrence, one of Regina's most popular and qualified yoga instructors, is the founder and senior instructor. She is joined by the most beautiful, vibrant yoga instructors in Regina! Living life as a yoga practice has been so amazingly transformative for her she is bursting at the seams to share it with everyone! Kim is passionate about working with those who are struggling with the hardships of life: the death of a loved one; a cancer diagnosis; chronic pain; trauma; or simply feeling overwhelmed with the demands of life as it rushes towards us.
