Korra Ultimate

Korra Ultimate Regina Women's Ultimate Club. Mission: To expose the game of recreational and competitive ultimate frisbee to female athletes of all levels in Regina.

Goals:
- Increase the number of women playing ultimate frisbee and give more women of all skill levels the opportunity to improve their game and compete at a higher level in women's tournaments.
- Provide a stable and consistent women's club to improve the women's game in Regina
- 3-5 years: Establish a stable competitive women's club team to compete at Nationals and other competitive tournaments

throughout Canada. Spring/Summer Open Practices:
Wednesdays 5:30-7:00pm (Tentative time-it could be earlier) at Douglas Park NW
Focus: To improve individual as well as team game
ALL skill levels are welcome
Focus on individual skills + team game (Offense/Defense Strategy)
Throwing/Scrimmages! Bring a Buddy!
