At Adrenaline and Adrenaline Rush we are excited to work with our community to keep you safe and healthy this fall and winter. We are working to operate under the guidelines set out by the Government of Saskatchewan to help our province through to the other side of this pandemic.

“I have been teaching at Rush since January, previous to that I was leading classes at the downtown Y for close to 10 years. For me being on the bike is a feeling of freedom. Whether its teaching at Rush or outside on one of my 4 bikes. At my class you can expect an endurance type ride where we will strengthen your speed, climbing, and pace skills. Always a great sweat, great tunes and lots of hard work.”
