Good morning Katherine,
I just want to thank you for the beautiful classes we have online, and I want to let you know that the slow movement motions are
really amazing for me.
For the first time in all these years I started to feel that I'm collecting saliva in my mouth and I feel more chi ( not all the time though).
But it is amazing and I am glad that you do that ( I know it is for the benefit of the beginners) but that is better for all of us, even if we cover less material in a class .
