Hello everyone! 👯♀️We’re back and today we’re talking about cross training! Specifically, we’re looking at something called plyometrics which I believe is a great option for dancers as it has a large focus on increasing power with push off movements!
Cross training is not limited to one type of exercise! If you want to hear more about other ways I like to stay fit or encourage my dance clients to stay fit, comment for more!
Try doing these exercises for 20sec on 20sec off, 3x through!
