Redwater Fitness Centre is a non profit society based on volunteers to facilitate, promote and establish a full service new age fitness centre with diverse cardio and fitness programs in our community. A hardworking group of volunteers have facilitated a plan to present to the Town of Redwater Council to rent the upper level of Pembina Place, encourage long term corporate, and community sponsorship to aid in the startup and operation of the centre. Depending on funding the RFC will be implemented in phases:

- Town of Redwater Council approval for rental of the upper floor of Pembina Place
- Aquire corporate funds for start up costs for renovations, equipment, and training
- Upon completion we plan to be open Fall of 2015

THE PLAN IS............
To be competitive we hope to be able to offer $35/$55/mth memberships, based on long term corporate donations. Keyless swipe card entry

Learned alot this weekend 😊
One session was about GLP-1 and Peptides being a future of metabolic health.

Was very interesting.
I learned the whats and whys, the what to expect… and how to support clients who chose this.
