Did you know - that Sarah's 2nd Annual Chaotic Summer Giveaway has started!?!

The giveaway is really living up to the fact its been a little bit chaotic with getting things organized. Have no fear though!

To enter the giveaway all you have to do was scan your FOB and then go do your workout. The giveaway is running from July 1 - July 16th! So yes you have been entered into the giveaway even though I have been a little behind on announcing it.

This year we have 2 prize packs that will be given out. A winner will be chosen from our Medicine Hat location and a winner from our Back Alley Fitness - Redcliff location.

Now you are probably wondering what is all included in the prize packs. The winner at each location will receive:

- 2 Personal Training Sessions with our fabulous trainer Rachel Hoffman
- BAF Trucker Hat
- BAF lanyard and keychain
- Travel Hammock
- Assortment of Alani Energy drinks

Youth co-ed beginner resistance training program designed to teach ages 10-16 how to follow a periodized training program, safe technique and how to choose resistance that is appropriate for their level, and feeling comfortable and confident in a gym atmosphere!

Runs from July 18 - August 24

Choose 1 or days per week and which days you want to attend!

COST
1 DAY PER WEEK - $90 + GST = $94.50
2 DAYS PER WEEK - $145 + GST = $152.25

SCHEDULE
TUES 6:00 - 7:00PM
THUR 6:00 - 7:00PM

You must choose which days you will be attending so that we can manage our group size. Any missed days will not be able to do 'make up' classes on a different day as that would exceed our ratio of coach to lifter. Any missed days will not be subject to a refund.
Minimum athletes 6/session, max 8/session. All athletes will be working with Coach Ally since Coach Colin will be running our Jr. Powerlifting program at this time slot.

Today is the last day to get those workouts in to enter Sarah's 1st Annual Chaotic Summer Giveaway Extravaganza!
