Black Rock Boxing Club Black Rock Boxing Club "Getting Ready To Rumble". We work on a variety of training methods to develop the fighter as a whole.

Including strength and conditioning, and a variety of technical offence and defense; for all ages and skill levels. What should you bring to your first class?? Comfortable workout attire is all that is required. Other things that are optional include: Gloves, wraps and your favorite skipping rope.

⚠️ Spots are limited!

We are looking for disciplined and motivated kids who are ready to work hard, show commitment, achieve results, and are not afraid of challenges.

Boxing helps develop:
