Red Deer and YSF Followers - we need your help!!

We have an absolutely amazing program we’d love to offer, and your shares and likes will help our program reach people like you!!
We are launching our most comprehensive program to date including classes, personal training, massage and mobility, nutrition, and accountability coaching all for a fraction of the price of what a big box gym would charge!!

We are an award winning space and it’s time the rest of our city noticed!

Our coaches have a few personal training spots available, and we want to welcome more people into our space!!

Can’t make it in person or too far away? We have access to an amazing online platform to carry this out as well, so there’s no need to come to us physically!!

Your health is your greatest investment, and you’ll never regret a workout!!

Help us share this program (worth over $1000!!) so we can continue to grow and help people move into stronger, healthier, more mobile versions of themselves!

Did you know Your Story Fitness also has kids classes?

Kickboxing for kids starts this weekend, 6 week session, 2 age groups. Games, skills, confidence!! Limited spots available, but we need 4 sign ups to run, so get those kiddos signed up for some Saturday morning FUN 😁
