Little ninjas. 3-5 years Preschool martials arts program Saturdays at 9:30

Silver Gloves 5-7 years Boxing skills and drills boxing program Saturday 1-2

Fight Camp Adult only Monday to Thursday 8-9

MMA Combat Circuit Adult only Monday and Wednesday at 8-9

Amateur Boxing Monday to Thursday 7-8 and Saturday 2-3 Ages 8 years to adult. Hampton Golden Gloves Amateur Boxing .Located in the basement of Hampton United Church Amateur Boxing Thursday and Sunday 7-8 Adult fight Camp 8-9

I started doing the math a couple days ago for some reason. 44 years ago I started working with kids. Over 30 years working with preschoolers and almost 30 years as a boxing coach, and I didn't set out to do any of that. I didn't choose it, it chose me. Honestly as a kid I saw myself doing a bunch of different things when I grew up, none of what I'm doing ever crossed my mind, but I'm exactly where I am supposed to be. I've watched a countless number of kids grow into adults and the satisfaction I've gotten from that could never be replaced by any amount of money I could have made doing something else.

My 5-7 year olds. This program is about fun and movement as much as it is about boxing with an emphasis on very solid fundamentals. Footwork, movement and being able to throw the ol' 1-2 straight down the pipe.
