Our 3500 square foot facility includes: “Curves” Circuit, elliptical, stepper, over 3000 pounds of free weights, leg press, weight machines, recumbent bike and a whole body vibration machine. Also includes Kettle bells and Bosu balls to use. Change rooms and washroom on site. Members have 24hr access to suit all schedules. Membership: We do an minimum 3 month member ship.
