Huge thank you to the volunteers that made the first Mort Johnston Memorial Hockey Game a huge success. The Penticton Silver Bullets past and present took on a group of Posse Alumni from over the past 20 years for an exciting nail biter of a game. Over $5000 was raised in Morts honor with funds going to a future bursary and charity to be announced.

Bring your family down to the Princeton and District Arena tomorrow afternoon while the Penticton Silver Bullets past and present with some local players take on a stacked team of Posse Alumni. Warm ups start at 3:15, puck drop 3:30. All money raised will go to a future bursary and charity to be named in honor of one of the greatest players and teammates to wear the Posse Jersey.

Posse alumni vs Silver Bullets game Easter Sunday 3:30-5:30. Ironing out details as we go but proceeds will be going to Morts family. If anyone has ideas let me know and if anyone wants to make a poster that we can share on Facebook and Instagram for advertising that would be greatly appreciated. If there ends up being more than enough players coming, priority will go to guys who played or billeted with Mort. There will be lots of coaching oppurtunities for guys that come but don't play.
